If you still have the demo, feel free to explore as many of the game's features as you can. You can do even more in the full game. There's wrench events, Add-Ons, and vehicles that can be used to great advantage by users. Take the tutorial, and feel free to take a look at your controls in the "options" menu. Try to be a smart user. Don't let the idiots get you down!

It has to be 75x75 if it'sa .gif image, otherwise it can be any size, but the quality won't be as good after it's resized, sometimes it's better to manually resize an image for better quality
