Server Trust Levels

Server Trust Levels (v1)
Change the permissions of each trust type.

Description
Allows the host to change what required trust level is needed to do particular things. Each can be set to "NONE", "Build", "Full" or "You" for the owner only.

Very nice, the new options are great.
This add-on was only moderately useful before, now it is very useful.
