What the hell can I do to pass time?

Haha, pass time until what? Usually people want to pass time to get to a certain event but you just seem to want to pass time entirely. So my suggestion would be a shotgun to the face, that'll do the trick.

Play Gmod, block the windows with wood planks and fight off zombies. Or make a WW2 pose war, place the soldiers in a freeze position for a senerio.
