my dad is having to move out because my parents fight sometimes, they say it is unhealthy and bad for us so my dad is moving into an apartment about 5 minutes away from us. my parents are still married but i am not to joyful about this. i might be off forums for a while maybe. this sucks

It is unhealthy and bad for kids to be in a house where their parents are fighting.

I know of several of people that separated and didn't get divorced. My own parents separated for a time (couple months) before reconciling.

i feel sorry for ya. my dads dad had to run away from his mom when he was 7 because his mom was a really bad mom and his dad aboandond him and the mom had a serious alcoholic addiction! :(

oh ya btw: my 10 year old sister cried alot she is very sensitive

Majority of kids in the U.S. have/will have divorced parents.

Thats why you should try to prevent it.

"Preventing" it is stupid. Honestly its for the best if your parents split up, it means they're both happy - and you kids are happy because they're not fighting all the time. It'll probably be weird at first but you'll get used to it and in the long run it'll just be better.
