This is a quick question, I just need to know what file do I save the DTS exporter to?

You really need to give more information. What modelling program are you using?

Blender

All your guys info is not helping.

I also need to know where it goes

DTS, i think stands for Digital Torque Shape or something along those lines

Also, look on Google for a Blender DTS exporter, maybe that will help

Maybe people don't know about it but this beta blender exporter is a lot easier to use than the default one, no empties required.  There are even a few tutorials on the site explaining how to use it.
