The new bionicles :(

I was looking through the newest Bionicle product pages, and... (guess what...)
The Toa have taken a second fiddle. It hasn't really happened before, which is why the series has gone so well, but just as Lego's starting to make cooler masks again, they make these new, stupid things called the "Glatoran". I've been around since Gen. 1, so I know what I'm talking about here. First, the series was just a little toy series that you built action figures with legos. These were fun, and their respective weapons didn't do anything special. Second season, still the same way, but they didn't look quite as cool. Third Season came with "OMGWTFBBQ" as these ugly creatures supposed to be the tribe leaders, whatever they were named, were released. Then, a little good period after that, and then they released a series supposed to be Toa + whateverthenameoftheevilcreat uresarecalled, which was kinda cool, but meh. Then, they releaed the Piraka, which weren't really a different "series". Those were cool. Now, (skipping a part of Bionicle history I haven't followed) There are three Toa on the site in plain view, and two more "special Edition" ones come with "vehicles". I was like "But Pohatu and Lewa are the coolest ones!" And they are. Go to the Bionicle page and look it up.

The bohrok were indeed epic. I had some of them.

When I first had the original ones a long while back, I lost the mask for Pohatu and I was so god damn pissed. Spent three days looking for it. :[

People still care about Bionicle? I've always thought they were stupid and not fitting of the Lego title at all, just a brand to market their action figures under. A few of the pieces may be useful in Technic builds, but you won't get anything good from the Bionicle figures themselves.

The Rahi were the only good ones.

Really, I only like Bionicle for the comics, but once they had accomplished their quest, Lego came up with all these "Filler" comics to extend it.
