I'm Sick.. But With What?

I would actually like some serious answers. I'm kind of worried, so please (You can but you won't gain any respect from me) don't say "ITS AIDS!" or anything like that.
I have:
-Numbness
-Dizzyness
-Earache
-Tired Although I Got 13 Hours
-Diarrhea
-Stomach Cramps
-Ugly (Joking =P)

What's wrong with me? D:

Oh, and I can eat. A LOT. Like, 14 eggs a lot. I can't even finish a bowl of ramen.

Mixture of stomach flu and have an ear infection? I had those symptoms when I had the stomach flu, minus the earache. Do you have trouble walking around and getting up?

Ive had swine flu, and it has all the symptoms minus the earache.
DOnt worry about swine flu though guys.
All it is is diharrhea, and all of you know diharrhea kills a lot of people in other countries due to ppor living comditions, so thats why people die from it.

I have the earache probably because my nose is all stuffed up and whatnot

I've had that before. Strep is sore throat and other stuff, but not diarrhea and me not being able to eat 8 meals a day like usual. =\

No allergies, and that helps Nick. I could be food poisoned ;o I ate a triple whopper about a week ago (now that I remember it was EXACTLY a week ago) and it had been sitting out the whole night. I had two that night because I was extra hungry, and sadly I forgot to finish it. So I was like, "Eh, whatever." and I ate it.

Food poisoning is a definate possibility. What could happen from it?
