Can paint.net change fonts of pictures?

If you can do it in MSpaint I'm sure you can do it in paint.net.

You aren't able to just "change" fonts on a flattened image.

If you had a paint.net file with layers, and the text was on a layer, you could change the font easily.
If you really need to get rid of font and replace it with other font, you can just find a way to do that.

If it has a single background color behind the font, all it really takes is coloring over the font and careful placement.
