how do I add a priofile picture?

Click PROFILE at the top, click Forum profile information, and find the option to upload an avatar. a pic of your choice but it has to be 75 x 75 or lower

75x75 Profile pictures do fine. (Do not steal one)

Avatars of any size will automatically be resized. Only animated avatars need to be 75 x 75 pixels to begin with, otherwise they lose their animation when they are resized.
