Yeah we need a 'I'm new' official topic

Wasn't it BlockBuilder who decided to try this? He set up a new thread where people could post their first messages into the Forums, and get themselves known for joining. But, it was shot down. Plus, creating your own 'I'm new' topic gives you character, in my opinion.
