You may curse all you want, just try to avoid over using it. You can also curse in can all you want (you might get banned bye childeren).

The rules here are pretty lax as far as what you are allowed to say goes. So long as it isn't breaking the rules already set up, and unless it's an obvious trolling attempt, it should be fine.

Right.
No one can read handicap. (Some few people can translate it)
Try to stay away foreign languages, some people can't read them.
We can all read spam and no one wants too.

I suggest sticking to English. However, the restictments on cussing are low, but many people don't like people who cuss all the time.

I can read it. There's a tool for it. It's called having common sense, or for more complicated issues, having an open understanding. You know, an understanding like the feel of what other people are thinking. Not a self-centered understanding, expecting everything to be put in a way of your thought.
