It should work fine with anything that is a horse datablock.

So basically there's a loophole, you can eat negative food.
I should probably fix that.

How does cannabalism work?

You turn it on (Preferences tab in RTB server control), and then you can click people to eat them.

Eating people gives you +5 hunger, and like -3 health for them.

Found another glitch: if you have like 3 food left, and you say /eatfood 5, you will have -2 food and your hunger will go away as if you had 5 food left.
