My Second Attempt at a Wolf (Content)

Please read before posting:

Okay I did a ton of practice on the eyes so they look better than they used to, but I still think that the left eye is a little weird :P

Overall things look okay, but every little slip-up is greatly exaggerated because I drew it in a 1.5 x 1.5 inch square and then zoomed in a lot, so wherever my pen slid a little or was slightly too thick shows up a lot  (the shading lines are really big and obvious too). And as if this was bad enough, my pen was starting to fade in places, which is why i think the left eye looks a little suckish.


Last thing that I want to say is that I decided to make him a little more anthroish, so I gave him some headfur (hair) and I was thinking about an earring. Should I do that or not?

Once again you may rate x/10, but please state what you did and didn't like about it.

Anyway without further delay I present attempt #2!


By the way, I decided to name this character Anthelos. What do you think of the name? :D

I agree. Like I said, my pen was starting to fade, especially on the left eye :P
EDIT: I like the fur patern of this one better though :D

By the way, Lalam42 said he liked my last wolf, but let's not start a fight, guys. I want the focus to be feedback on my drawing, not hatred directed at fellow Blockheads with different opinions.

I had alternate accounts, and used them when you blocked me after stating a reply the had absolutely no background, but was yet another attempt to insult me.

Quit ignoring what's really going on, the hole I'm referring to is the fact that you persist on trying to flame me, but you keep getting no where, and no body is supporting you.  Instead, people are starting to be annoyed by you.

Here's another reason as to why your hole keeps growing.

You shouldn't have to defend art.

I suggest you learn proper ways of showing admiration, or "constructive" criticism... Because your methods suck. As i said before, "Its art" Meaning, it can look like what ever the hell the person wants it to look like. You compare a few simple sketches to the brainchild of one of the greatest individuals of all time. This is hardly a fair comparison; it's obvious that you're simply doing this because of the argument you got into in the previous thread. You then proceed to say that you should not have to "explain" or "defend" art. In the latter aspect, you are a hypocrite, as I mentioned earlier. As for the former, why? Why should you not have to explain art? Is there some law or code against it, or are you just trying to further the argument between yourself and Lalam? I assume that both you and I know the answer to this. There is absolutely no need to continue this in every gallery thread you post in.

Because the problem is in multiple threads. That was sort of the point of my post.
