About V3, no idea. If you meant V13, it's the next version of Blockland. There's usually a lot of talk about what should be added to the next update.

Make a multiplayer deathmatch on mars.
Have a dogfight in New York
go live a virtual life in the role playing servers
race golf carts in snowy montains.
Build a base to protect yourself from zombies.
And much more.

Blockland is worth more that 20 dollars, you're getting a bargain.

v3 is probably referring to RTB v3, a popular mod for Blockland that allows you to chat with other users outside of the server you are in and lets you download Add-Ons and maps in-game without having to restart, as well as easily enable and disable them.

v13 is the next update to Blockland itself. It will probably include some fixes and change the game a little, or it could bring a new feature to Blockland.

When RTB or Blockland gets an update, you do not have to buy a new key.

It is definitely worth the $20.
