The Help Section - Not so helpful

My point: From most of my experiences with the help section, making a topic rarely gets any replys, and leaves the user with no help at all. A while back I once made a help topic, and in 5 hours I only had 6 veiws, and no replys.

What makes it worse, is the fact that this section usualy receives many topics a day.

It gets the job done sometimes, but its usually absurd.

Thanks to Tom for adding this: People do sometimes post useless replies, that only waste your time.

Well, a few things:
A. Sometimes you can't even read what people have posted. Often I try to ask them to explain, but either I miss the topic or they never reply.
B. I haven't noticed a lot of useless replies lately.
C. Sometimes people who see the topic just don't know the answer.

So did I. I was told to delete some drivers or something, but since I'm not exactly a computer genius, I didn't know what to do.

For graphics errors, I have no idea on how to fix any of that.
