What the hell is it? I would google it, but, I have fears of goatse, or some extremely handicapped site. I would like to know after that drama topic about it. I figured this would be the right section, but, if it's not, please tell me.

Practically, it's an image board. It is RELATIVELY safe as long as you don't post or go in the 18+ threads especially /b/.
