Long descrition On How iPod Works: (hey i just relized that it fits with the clan! iPod, iEvent!)
there is a layer of clear flat bricks so you dont fall through but has ray casting off so you can click through it. the next layer down is the main page. this is made up of 1x1 flat bricks. all of which are named the same according to what layer it is. when you click one of the icons, it makes the other layers above the one you have selected dissapear. the bottom button makes them all reappear. pretty simple. the next layer down is the music layer. this has i different music selections and a ? button for each that displays the song information. this is linked to a named music brick hidden in the bottom part of the ipod to the left of the home button. there is a pause button that turns all music off. the synth layer is at the bottom. is is the same thing as the big preset one that came with v11, modifoed to run sideways instead of vertically. it runs off of relay events. when you press the start button, it sends a relay that lights up the layer under the synth that is made up of 1x8 flat bricks. as the relay fires across, it also fires up. the 1x1flats that are above are clear red. when you click it, they add glow effect. they also have the events: on relay> play sound> synth. On activate> toggle events enabled. this toggles the glow on and off. it also toggles the play sound event. my own creation, the coloring plate, is also made up of 1x1flats and named the same. they are set to white with glow effect. there is a color palete on the side. it has the standard colors: Red, Blue, Yellow, and green. it also has the two shades black and white. since the plate is already white, the white option is an eraser. each brick of the plate has the events: On activate> set color> one of each color on the palete. the patete colors have set events enabled for each color. this turns off every event on the plate bricks accept for the color you have selected. so when you click the plate, it will write in that color. the X at the top turns all of the plates back to white and allows you to start over.
i was actually thinking of adding more to it and relpacing the music layer with something else so i could release it. but im not sure what i should add yet...
