Hey I'm making a prop with SketchUp because I have no idea how to use Blender or Milkshape I just find SketchUp to be easier. I am trying to export it to a .dts file. But when I do it says it has to be for Google Earth. Here's what it says.

You do not export to .dts in sketchup (nor you can), you need to use another program like blender or milkshape to make your model work whit blockland.

Export to google earth, then change that file extension to .zip in your file browser, then export the collada file in the zip.

Firstly, lol Mac. Secondly, export it as a common extension (I dunno what SU supports), then just import into Blender or MS3D, whatever you use.
Oh wait.
You use SU.

I did exported it to .obj, but when I go to blender and hit import file and I select the file, it says file is not recognised or something along those lines. What now?

ok change the ending to .zip(kmz is a zipped flie so that is easy and doesn't corupt) then unzip and you will see a .dae file that is the one to import in to blender

I found a simple solution: Don't use sketchup.
