Here's a good place to resize an image if it isn't the right size: http://www.gifworks.com/cgi-bin/gifworks.pl?com=transfer_open

1) Click Choose File

2) Upload your .gif image

3) Click the drop down arrow under 'Edit'

4) Click 'Resize'

5) In both dimensions type in 75

6) Click 'OK'

7) Right click your new image (Click and hold for mac users) and go down to 'Save Image As'

8) Save it and then upload here.

Follow the steps, ain't hard.
