how do you build on floorsin version 12

The same way you do in other versions.
If it is not letting you place any bricks on the ground, disable Script_TerrainBuildRules.

that script is the best. but only for slates

its not so fun on any other maps x.x

well it wont let me build without using a 64 by 64 so i have to disable it

In the start server menu, click the add-ons button, find script_terrainbuildrules and uncheck it.
