On water maps, is there any way to build a room under water and have it water free?

You don't even need full version for the editor.
Pah, if you're going to help, be as detailed as you can.

As for me, I would be glad to help, however I'm not sure on what to do and only here to help one understand.

You have to have full ver. to use mission editor cause i couldnt till i brought full ver.

I don't see any full version checks in the main script files for the editor.

no,build a house or in my case a submarine(that's what I want to build) under the water and have the inside be water free.
