Problem with Vista premuim home edition

Hello i have encountered problems downloading blockland add ons.

I follow the instructions on where to place the add ons and which i do. But when i run blockland and go to add ons option in single player none of the addons i download are there in the option. But when i open the blockland/addons all the addons are there.

I've tried uninstalling blockland 3 times and reinstalling all the addons. It still don't work.

Any info please let me know.
