I know that it is supposed to look neon, but some parts really have an excessive amount of neon.

Looks likes lots of ranbow and glow to me, some lights, and an elevator which isn't connected to anything. Is the exterior just a big box?

accually no. It has more rooms that you dont see in pics. They are extra for now.
