If should be up to the parents to teach the kid how to use certain things and what to and not to look at. Besides that, it is taking away freedom to say what you want, HOW you want it. In my high school in order to graduate within your 4 years of schooling you have to write a 5 (Now 6) page report and give an oral presentation of a topic of your choosing in front of 3 staff of your choosing, Has to be between 30 and 45 minutes I finished it my sophomore year so I don't have to worry about it. But yes I'm well-informed on the Topic of "Gun Control" England and Australia have suffered large skyrocketing of crime in the last few years because of Gun Control.
