I could listen to this all day =D It's actually good. Reminds me of Megaman Battle Network games.
I'm pretty sure it's not a bannable offense if you're not doing it to be mean, seeing as this is pretty pleasant to the ears :3

I prefer to listen to Classic Rock and Oldies(Genre? Stuff from the 20's, 30's, 40's, etc.).

I guess this isn't horrible for techno.

I think it's more 8-Bit than Techno, Techno would have much more variation in instruments seeing as this only uses chiptune instruments =P
But hey, it could be, in some ways, a kind of Techno.

It still gives off that um... electronic(?) sound in my opinion.

Also the sound is way beyond what the NES was capable of.
