Is a citibuild server okai without the mods?

I basicalli have a server where people can build a building and visit other peoples buildings.



Is this bad?
I know people put the citi rp mod in the fail-bin.

Edit: I should also sai, the buildings are mostli nice, not spammi.

City builds are much better without the mods.
Aside from doors anyways. Get those.
