He means that the build is spammy, meaning that there are over used bricks (you can use 10 bricks, people use something like 25-30) and there's random stuff at the edges of the screen shot. spam = LAG and people don't like that.

erm.. i guess, random vehicles and bricks in servers can cause lag. You do what you think will help make it less spammy.

OH MY GOD. I just freaking went insane. You know what just happened to me, Spamaphobia, go ahead look it up. Spamaphobia- When looking at a lot of spam that is claimed to be a sufficient build. But don't worry, I'll help you. You can always PM me and I will check every night if you need help. Here is a few tips first of all study history here on the Gallery. You should check them out, you should study some styles and try to keep improving.
