Time out on NYC lighting mission

Everytime I go on any version of NYC, I get to the lighting mission, then Blockland freezes and times out.

Any help?

Your computer is too slow to light the mission in under 45 seconds, so your connection times out.  You could install the map and start a single player game on it first to generate the mission lighting file.

I never know if I download the map correctly, and I can't.

I'm also having this problem with GSF Paradise, can somebody tell me how to install the maps correctly?

I have Vista.
