8x8 Grille. Do it.

Maybe a 6x one (with no studs in the middle area, still outlining) and a vertical one, too.

How will me and tikitai make the icons?  You just give us the zip eventually through pm and we add the icons?

The whole process will be more organized by tomorrow when I can get a site organized for this.  I think it will probably go that way, but I'll have to see...

I got the icon of the plate.  For now on, I would recommened Pming it to who ever you want it to go to.

I request this:
GUI Name: 2x2 Dome
Dimensions (Z is in plates): 2 2 3
Description: A dome brick that is in proper blb format (I dont want a prop)
Art to base it off of if undescriptable: LINK
Delivered by:15/07/09

Please, I would LOVE this.

  Yellow - Need Icon
In the Construct, build a platform of one or two invisible bricks to support the one you want in front of you.
Place a grey version of that brick.
Zoom in on it, press Ctrl P.
In any image editor, remove the while background, anti-aliasing or feathering the edges.
Set the saturation of the image to 0. (this removes any yellowey colour from lighting and makes it grey like the rest of the icons)
Scale down to the size of other brick icons.

In any image editor, remove the while background, anti-aliasing or feathering the edges.
Why not just take a megashot with high anti aliasing?

Transparency.

And Destiny all you did was increase the Z on a couple of the vertices.
It doesn't matter, that would be helpful. Add-Ons are about useful things, not things that were/are hard to make.

Way to quote out of context. You should work for Fox News!

What I was saying is that creating arches is a big step up from increasing the Z axis on a few vertices.

Also I feel bad for all the people getting excited about this, seeing as it probably won't ever come to fruition.

What I was saying was that so what if Destiny just moved some verticies, I, along with probably a lot of other people, would like to get that add-on. He never said anything about how hard it was, so shy are you dragging the fact that arches are harder to make into it? And they are making progress at all, so yes, this will eventually come into fruition.

He's saying just because you can make a simple edit by moving vertices to a different point is a different level of simplicity than arches, which also require collision boxes.  Basically, those bricks may not prove much skill other than really simple edits.  Almost anyone who has basic experience with .blb files can do it, but I think Destiny could probably do a little more than just moving vertices.  I will just see how it works out and make amendments to the team as time goes on.
