64x64 baseplate build

Is there a way to build single bricks by themselves without putting them on top of a 64x64 baseplate? I need to know how.

When starting a server, click that add-ons button and scroll down until you see the "scripts" section and uncheck the box next to "Script_TerrainBuildRules".
