Auto Save for Dedicated Servers

I know it is possiable, but I do not know how I can make it.
I would like a script that would save blocks to a savefile named Backupsave every 5 or 10 minutes. Please, anyone that knows the save feature, please make this.

I did... and there are so many codes and I do not know which to use, and how to edit to make it save every 10 minutes and save to that name.
