This clan is just.. Not right. I mean, how do you define "noobs"? What if someone hasn't found a name that they prefer and just stuck with blockhead? Who is a "dummy"?
To make a banner you just use something like paint.net or even microsoft paint and you make a banner and then host it on photobucket, imageshack, tinypic or other image hosting sites.
This needs a lot of work. I bet you just didn't post more info because you were either too lazy or just couldn't think of anything more. This needs a lot of work.
