Your opinion on it. I'm starting a small jog at 8:00 am tomorrow morning. Hopefully I can lose my bigass doublechin (Which, strangely enough, is the only fat part of my body) within a few months.

Personally I think it's a queer excuse for running, but it apparently works.

Discuss.

EDIT: I've posted stickynotes all over my room and I have 3 alarm clocks set up. I'm ready for 8:00. I hope. :(

Go for it. I go to a gym to get myself in better shape. might as well keep ahead of it before it gets out of hand.

Then you might want to go to bed earlier. That is, unless you like not sleeping much. ^_^

if i got up at 8am to start jogging, the air would already be boiling.

I suggest working out while you wait for things and perhaps spend less time at the computer. Also consider your diet, are you eating a stuff LOAD of crap or are you eating an average meal (Don't compare to a fat person's meal).

Breakfast, a single bowl of random cereal (Sometimes two if I'm hungry.) I almost never have lunch. Dinner, we have pretty big meals, but my mom keeps it healthy.

For snacks, I've had crackers, cookies, freezies, popsicles, or a bowl of non-milked cerial. (This is not all from today.)

I spend most of my day on the computer. The most I get outside for is to go biking when it's nice out. I used to go for huge endurance runs on my bike alot, and I lost 22 pounds in six months from that once. But I gave up after my road bike got totalled from a minivan that hit me while I was on a public road. The minivan really didn't do much, what did most of it was the fact that I was going around 40 km/h on an 80% carbon-fibre bike. I only broke a two ribs and fractured my wrist (Along with some nasty skin-pizza D:) but that was about it.

I never got the money to repair it/buy a new one, so I stopped. All I use is my stuffty wall-mart "Family" bike, which is mostly aluminum and weighs a ton.

I drive around with my bycicle.
Almost 30 minutes - 1hour without stoping (maybe just when I can't find a song I'd like to listen to right now..)
I try and go new routes because 1hour isn't enough for me. I don't feel tired when I come home at all :/

Your eating habits may be murdering your metabolism, if only slowly since you're still young.

I was under anesthesia t get oral surgery, i can't do anything. But normally ill do some crap in my basement, my brothers have a weight lifting setup, so i use that sometimes

Hm well, I go to tennis camp at 9, have a lesson at 11:30 for an hour, then have a more serious thing called Tournament Training from 1:00 to 3:00.  Then i go home and go on the computer.  I have a really bad habbit that is I have a coke once every day at like 10:00 because i wake up at 6:00 and i'm always so tired.
Oh btw, second seed in 12 and under.

Just got back from jogging, my alarm clock was broken and it didn't wake me up. So I left at 11:30.

I went down to a conservation area, they have lots of open trails and almost nobody goes there. It was pretty fun. :o
