Messed up keys

Here we go,when i join a server and im loading i can use the (",=,~)keys but ingame i can't use them in chat why is this?

I had the same problem with my laptop, which was running 32bit Vista. I don't know if this is a compatibility issue, because it works fine on the computer I built, which is running 64bit Vista.

I HAD the same problem, but I fixed it like so:

Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Human Interface Devices -> Microsoft eHome Infared Transciever
^ uninstall that

Note: It reinstalls everytime you reboot the computer, so it can get troublesome...

It's not about the 32 bit.
I use 32 bit fine.

Try fullscreen maybe.
