Hey, I Use Paint.Net A lot, And i was bored... So I updated the background, since, I noticed that all you did is render > Cloud. then, Blur> Motionblur. I just gave Gman and the word "Objection" a shadow by Using the same pic, and cropping it.(Im sorry if the word has a bad shadow, I just used the a TEXT Font.) And used Fractorial and Inverted the color. (Mistake.)     Motion blur. Then Put Render> Cloud. :P
