French Guy Movie (WIP Name)

WIP Name

Basic Plot: PMC is after a french guy for reasons unknown. They chase him around untill the climax of the film in which something big happens.

Edit: More detailed plot just to make Princess(Nick The Sushi) happy.

Detailed Plot:
A PMC has been sent into ACM city to catch the french guy. He's wanted for stuff I'm not going to say because, it would spoil a huge plot element.
The movie's quite obviously not going to be them chasing the guy for the whole entire movie. Like any other movie, there's other stuff going on, and the french guy has motives of his own, you'll be able to find out more when it's done.

Notes: I'm aiming for the machinima to be atleast 20 minutes long, I'll be uploading it on youtube in 3-4 parts, and creating a DvD version depending on length of the movie.

So, 17-18 minutes of some stupid chase and 3-2 minutes of a huge ending scene? Seems kind of stupid. There should be more depth to it then just running all over the loving place. And who and why exactly are they chasing the "french guy"? Unless you don't make anymore then just a huge chase scene, your most likely going to lose everyone at about 4-5 minutes through. If I wanted 30 minutes of chasing I'd watch a loop of a Scooby-Doo hallway scene for half an hour.

BASIC PLOT

Yeah, because a basic plot is exactly what you just explained, for example.

Titanic - Basic Plot: Ship sinking, and it was totally 3 hours of watching the ship sink!

Cloverfield - Basic Plot: A monster is attacking a city, and the movie was two hours of watching a monster throw buildings around.

Star Wars - Basic Plot: Evil Empire vs Rebels, and the movie was 2 1/2 hours of watching lasers fly across the screen.

You are partially correct, during today's filming I got pissed often due to actors not doing stuff correctly but, we finished the first few scenes.

You get mad way to easily. Really you shouldn't even be a movie director because it takes like 5 seconds of someone saying "What do I do again?" to piss you off while you're already "ASFKJASHFSAADGJKH OVER THERE DUMBstuff" when your explaining for the first time what to do.

No, No, No. It's when actors decided 'Hay, I'm going to do this instead of that', which ticks me off.

For example, several times during scenes today, a cast member would decide to randomly shoot his gun. I mean sure, that'd be okay if this were a freebuild or something but, during filming? No.

IRL an actor would be fired for loving around and not trying to act in the scene. You've also never filmed with me, so you wouldn't know how I do stuff.

I've seen you once cause I tried acting in that first stuffty chase movie you did, and forget you banned me because I got on camera. Once.

All the lying in the world can't get you out of that, I remember it.

EDIT: Also, why do you always go on about FF and how it's great (well atleast some people who are "in it" do)? From what I know, you've only made one movie, and it isn't even that good, and a crappy stop-motion trailer for a stop-motion movie your probably never going to make.

And why do you have a steam group and why do you put announcements in it like someone is there to read about it? There's only 2 people in there, and yes I know you made it yesterday, but really you need to make sure you have like, 6 members to join on creation. If you wanted to tell socko about the movie shooting, why not just MESSAGE him on Steam? Also, half of your team is like dead. That whole "will kick inactive members" on the clan page, some of those guys haven't been on BL in ages.

Also, don't bring your promo stuff in here calling them movies. It's just 3-4 minutes of you flying around or running around look at builds and fighting.

I haven't even been playing BL for the last few months, I've been wrapped up in gmod.

Well to let you know, my good sir, I'm working on a project that is almost to the point of me posting about it. You can ask SYB about it, he'll vouch for me. Maybe you can even ask anybody, but every time he comes to the server he just screws around. :\

It's also the first project I plan to fall through with because I've been thinking about making one for quite some time now.
