Map2Dif is a command line utility for converting .map files into .dif files.  That is all it does.  It has no user interface.

I think people get confused about it due to this: (Tools) http://blockland.us/index.asp?p=Download, Though you said For advanced users only I don't think people are smart enough to realise that. Prehaps change it to something like Constructor?

Yeah, change it to Constructor, it even includes map2dif.
