People are not going to spoon-feed you the answers to everything.

The ~ key allows you to access the in-game commands console. This allows you to modify certain things in-game - it is up to you to figure out how to use it.

The exec command allows you to execute a pre-written text file with code in. You must write this yourself. Look at existing Add-Ons for the use of the exec command.

Maybe if you actully told someone to mod maybe we would have more mods?  Why didn't you think about that?

Because no one can even anwser a simple question you're head has turned into a rooster and if someone sayes something that not about this post you fail. also what does "~ is god" mean? maybe god is gonna kick your ass and ask "How do you in-game mod" You say "Press ~"  Then he sends you to hell because you're a loving basturd who can't even anwser some simple question.
