moving avatar help

k i have one already the achmed 1 but im tryn 2 get this one 2 move:

 it has the .gif and the end when i put it on the upload pic so idk.

kinda when i put the file on the thing where u have your avatar and save changes, the pic doesn't move but it moves in my pictures.

i tried 2 resize it at imageshack.us but it came as a 100x87

wait do you want it as an avatar? if so than you dont need to up-load them save as .gif put on desktop and get it from there.
