Scrolling not working.

So I switched laptops today. So I put all my BL files from my other laptop to this one, then installed BL. I set it to  "Yes, I can scroll." Or something like that. Then I found out my laptop doesn't support the scroll option. So, How do I change it to "No I cannot scroll"? Or something like that?

Try getting a mouse with a scroll and put it into your laptop.
