"You must start with a 64x64 base" error

When I try to place a brick on the ground, it gives me a message saying "You must start with a 64x64 base".  So it makes me place bricks on a 64x64 base and I don't think that is supposed to happen.

if you have v12 then this is already in the game. i think it is enabled by default

No, it's disabled by default. People just like to enable all of their add-ons without knowing what they do.

thats what happend to me. I enabled it and i didnt know wat teh h*** it did
