Transfering Saves and Avatar Presets

Getting a new computer tomarrow. How do i transfer my saves and Pre-Sets to the new computer :O

Umm heres one
Make the saves folder to a .zip then open it on the other computer and send them by email
the other i dont know

Put all of the files you want on your old computer onto a flashdrive and then put it in the new computer.

Use the force to move your saves folder to your other computer.
