No, those are all accounts by Maximum.

I whipped up an auto-kicker. It should not be able to kick Super Admins, but I haven't tested it very much. Use at your own risk.
When someone says "Downloading key..." it disconnects them and says "Your BL_ID has been sent to Badspot. It may be de-activated." It also announces the person's name + ID to everyone.
