Author Topic: Mac Question  (Read 15549 times)

Well, I'm going to forward my ports soon, don't worry I know how. But I have a question about Airport, see pic below.

On this part where I enter my address and pass, do I enter my IP address for the address part? I already know the password but I'm stuck on this part. And no one in my family wants to help me. I don't know if they want my IP address or some username that my dad made up.

Oh and btw, I'm using this tutorial:

Colten and Bisjac taught me how to port forward :3

Well, I entered my IP address and the pass, and it worked, but I got this.

Is there anyway to find out what it is? Without asking my family members.

Didn't work. Ugh.

Is there a way to port forward with Airport that doesn't include going into Airport Utility?

Quote
Enter into it your routers LAN IP address (for most it is 10.0.1.1) and your WPA Password (another menu will pop up and you have to enter it again)

Also you can't use Firefox/Safari/WebBrowser and go to your router's web page to set up the ports?

Airport.

Airport is not an ISP it's the mac version of WiFi.
