I like the exterior, although it's a bit bland. As others have mentioned, I'd like to see some interior before I decide.

I really like how you used the bricks to give that brick wall effect. I don't understand how people think that is spam.
But anyway, you should really make interior and some decorations outside. Such as flowers, fountains, etc. just to add more color and to make it look interesting.
