I like it, I'd say yes for a BA app, but the exterior is to... weird looking for NWB.

If it can't get him into NWB, than it will NOT get into BA. BA goes by higher judging standards. SO, I don't know what you're saying.

On the build itself, if it were a BA application. I would say no.

The exterior is a bit odd and the interior looks like Manuel Uribe could easily walk through it.

For some reason Drake said yes without me applying and threw me in BA.
I never really understood the logic of that.

I absolutely love it. My only complaint is size, but if you made it bigger, or even a couple on a fancy apartment strip, it'd be very nice.

Im sorry, but if you want to apply with a small building... you need to have it high detailed... also 7.9/10
