i ranned my sever and i talked in the IRC the guy i talked to said your sever is dead. so i dont know what to do?? plz post comment to help.

It can be done in about 8 minutes, 5 if you know your already IP.

Yeah, and if that dousn't work, then go to Start -> Control panel -> Windows Firewall -> Advanced, and search for Blockland in the list. Put it on. Because that was my problem.
