Techno is not an umbrella term for anything that has electronic instruments in it. However, Electronica is.
Both were extremely generic, but the Gigi D'Agostino one has a sort of charm to it, like he's intentionally using some of the worst VSTs he could find or something. It was also very catchy, but I still didn't enjoy it much.
