As for modeling, Milkshape is easier to learn, but costs money. Blender is difficult to learn, but is free.

milkshpe and blender dont work i open it it said please re-download

will sketchup work? for the modeling?

You will need to use another modelling program to export the models in the DTS format Blockland uses. You can use Sketchup to make the model, but you will need to put it through another program as well.
