A static IP is not required to port forward, it just means you do not have to re-port forward every time you restart your computer.

I cant actually work out what you are meant to put in the boxes... as the portforward.com link seems to be..... an unfinished page

yeah, i have a problem too with port fortforwarding.  How do i take a pic of the page?

Click http://senduit.com/638e9b
Your Fowarding Page should look like this

My new computer's static Ip does not seem to work, Maybe it has something to do with the new router's Gate way 10.10.10.1

Static ip 10.10.10.225

You need to make a UDP Protocol as well.

Try this:
Delete the first one you added

TCP 28000 28032 -IP Address- Blockland (Enable)
UDP 28000 28032 -IP Address- Blockland (Enable)

If you cannot create one under the same Address, or using the same name; Which is highly likely. When you click the word TCP is there an option that says TCP/UDP ?

If not, and there is a port conflict because of the two same ports; Change the last number on the IP address up ONE number on ONE protocol. If it still has a port conflict, made the UDP comment say Blockland1.
